Julie Hansen childcare is a home based daycare for children birth to 12 years of age. We open on May 1st 2015. My name is Julie Hansen and I am the main provider and caregiver. I graduated high school in 2001 and then attended St Cloud Technical College graduating with a legal secretary degree. I've worked in the workforce in numerous positions within the office setting. I have 3 children of my own and am looking forward to spending more time at home with them.
My childcare program will be offering preschool curriculum from September to May geared towards the age group 2-4 years of age. I am also participating with a food program so you can be assured your child will be receiving well balanced nutrious meals. We will have music and art activities on a weekly if not daily basis. There will be lots of outdoor play and a warm loving home environment.
We have lots of fun activities planned for our little ones for our first week together. We will spend the week getting to know each other and learning our routine. Our curriculum will officially start in September but once we get our routine down in mid May we will work on a few curriculum activities including how to hold a pencil and counting skills.
